YOUR $50 DEPOSIT IS USED TO SECURE YOUR DATE AND TIME. THEREFORE IT’S NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL OR MOVE DATE.

2nd and 3rd party credit cards are unauthorized.

Your deposit and party balance must be paid by the Responsible Party name on invoice. Unless approval is cleared by owner..

 

Be advised that your party balance is due 24 hours prior to party date before 12:00 NOON to avoid cancellation. Sunday parties payment will be due the Friday prior to your party date. 

 

You can make partial payments online to apply toward your party on our website. We do not accept money at location for add-on or upgrades unless management has given a pre approval.

50% of the party total is retain and will be applied as a cancellation fee for notice given within a 24 hrs or less. Deposit is non-refundable.

​

A $35 reactivating fee will be charged to any party for payments made after 12:00 NOON to reinstate your party.

 

Your party is only designed for 1 high lighted Birthday girl and her VIP guests. Adults are welcome but unable to bring extra kids that's not apart of party..  

 

Because we offer a all girl palace. NO BOYS ARE ALLOWED. DADS ARE WELCOME!!

 

It is very important for our parties to start promptly and on time. If you're late, you will possibly loose party services to keep all our parties running comfortable and in a timely manner. Remember there are parties schedule before and behind your parties.

Our parties are custom built to operate by host in a timely matter. Therefore we do not allow party planners to setup and decorate parties.

To prevent Cross contamination. We are unable to allow parties to come in early before your party time.

Each party is limited up to 15 guests maximum. Therefore Adults maybe limited.

Our parties start on time. We do not start Spa services over for late guest. So If your VIP guest runs late. Guest will start where party has already progressed to. (Meaning some Services may be lost)

 

We do not make adjustments or refund for late guest or no shows.. 

 

Our parties are designed for one birthday girl. 

 

Please be advised our host are not license Nail Techs. We advise party guest to remove all nail polish.

 

Outside food is prohibited because we no longer have a designated party room or kitchen. 

 

Our Spa Bar can be utilized for cupcakes or cakes. Hosts are not responsible for setting up, moving or cutting your cake.

Our runway stage is for entertainment use only. Playing and jumping off stage is prohibited to keep an safe environment.. 

Additional girls bought into store that’s not on your party summary sheet is $70 per girl.
